General Terms and Conditions – Elissio

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Elissio and to every distance agreement concluded between Elissio and the consumer.

By placing an order, you agree to these general terms and conditions.


3. The offer

We do our best to describe our products as clearly and completely as possible. Images, specifications, and descriptions are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind us.


4. The agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment you place an order and receive a confirmation by email.

Elissio reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information.


5. Prices and payment

All listed prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made immediately upon ordering via the offered payment methods (such as iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, or other available payment options).

We use secure payment providers to process payments safely.


6. Delivery

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Stated delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines.

If a product is temporarily out of stock or delayed, you will be informed as soon as possible.

The risk of damage or loss of products passes to the consumer at the time of delivery.


7. Right of withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

During the reflection period, you must handle the product and packaging carefully. You may unpack and inspect the product as you would be allowed to do in a physical store.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be returned in good, clean condition

  • The product must not be damaged due to improper use

  • All parts and accessories must be present

  • If reasonably possible, please return in the original packaging

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returning.

The costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Refund:
After receipt of the return shipment, or after you have demonstrated that the product has been returned (whichever occurs first), we will refund the full order amount including any standard shipping costs within 14 days via the same payment method used for the original payment.


8. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be excluded for products that:

  • Made to measure

  • Cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the seal has been broken


9. Warranty and conformity

We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement, the stated specifications, and the reasonable requirements of durability and usability.

If a product is delivered defective or damaged, we ask you to report this within 48 hours of receipt via info@elissio.nl.

Normal wear and tear or damage due to improper use is not covered by the warranty.


10. Liability

Elissio is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage resulting from improper use of the product.

Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the purchase price of the relevant product.

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Please consult our Privacy Statement for more information on how we handle your data.


12. Complaints procedure

Do you have a complaint? Please contact us via info@elissio.nl. We strive to respond substantively within 5 working days.

In case of complaints, a consumer should first contact the entrepreneur.

If the webshop is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur and complaints cannot be resolved through mutual consultation, the consumer should contact WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl). They will mediate free of charge.

If no solution is reached, the consumer has the option to have their complaint handled by the independent dispute committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur. The decision is binding, and both the entrepreneur and the consumer agree to this binding decision.

Submitting a dispute to this dispute committee involves costs that must be paid by the consumer to the relevant committee.


13. Applicable law

All agreements are exclusively subject to Dutch law.

Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
