Shipping

We do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.

  • The standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days within the Netherlands, unless otherwise stated with the product.

  • You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.

Return policy

Is your order not quite what you expected? No problem!

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

You will receive a full refund of the order amount including standard shipping costs. The cost of returning the product from your address to the webshop is at your own expense. These costs average about €7.25 per package; please check your carrier’s website for exact rates.

Conditions for returns

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returning.

Please include your order number and state that you want to register a return.

Refund

We will refund the order amount including shipping costs within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has been received back in good condition, or you have proven that the product has been sent back (for example, via a shipping receipt).

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original payment.

Exceptions to returns

Returns are not possible for:

  • Products that are custom-made

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the seal has been broken
