Placing an order with Elissio is easy. Choose the desired product in our webshop, add it to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your details, complete the payment, and we will take care of the rest.

How long does it take before I receive my order?
If you place your order on a business day before the specified cutoff time, your order will be processed the same day and in most cases delivered the next day.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link, so you can easily track your package.

What are the shipping charges?
Within the Netherlands, we offer free shipping.
Any shipping costs for other countries will be automatically displayed during checkout.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, Elissio also ships to selected countries within Europe. You can see the available countries and corresponding shipping costs during checkout.
How long does the delivery take?
Orders placed on business days are usually shipped the same day or the next business day.
In most cases: order today, receive tomorrow. The expected delivery time is always stated on the product page.
What is your return policy?
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unused, complete, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please consult our return policy for all details.

What if my order arrives damaged or there is something wrong with the product?

What is the difference between the 180×150 cm and the 125×125 cm ground box?
The 125×125 cm playpen is a foldable version, designed for flexibility and easy transport, for example on vacation or at grandma and grandpa’s house.
Is the Elissio Groundbox safe for my child?
Yes. The Elissio Playpen is designed with safety as a priority. The playpen has a sturdy frame, non-slip feet for extra stability, and breathable mesh all around, so you always have a clear view of your child.
What material is the ground box made of?
The base box is made of durable, BPA-free Oxford fabric. This material is sturdy, soft, and easy to clean. The fabric is washable, providing extra hygiene.
Is the play box suitable for indoor and outdoor use?
Yes, the Elissio Groundbox can be used both indoors and outdoors. In the house, in the garden, or on the terrace, as long as the surface is flat and stable.
What is included in the package?
With the Elissio Groundbox, you receive a complete package, consisting of:
- 1× Elissio Groundbox Baby
- 1× Double-sided play mat
- 50× Play balls
- 1× Carry bag (only with the foldable 125×125 cm version)
Is the 180×150 cm floor box foldable?
No. The 180×150 cm variant is not foldable and is intended as a fixed, spacious play area.
The 125×125 cm playpen is foldable and therefore easy to store or take with you.
From what age is the ground box suitable?
The Elissio Groundbox is suitable from the moment your child can lie down or crawl independently, and grows with them into the toddler phase where active play is central.
How do I clean the ground box?
The Oxford fabric is removable and washable. Small stains can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth; for thorough cleaning, the fabric can be washed according to the care instructions.
Can I always keep a good eye on my child?
Yes. Thanks to the breathable mesh on all sides, you maintain a clear view of your child, while there is enough ventilation for comfort and safety.
Is the ground box easy to move?
The base box is lightweight and easy to move around inside the house or garden.
For extra mobility, the 125×125 cm foldable version is ideal.
